I loved chatting with Nutritionist Kara O’Donnell about the surrounding strategies that she sees as being necessary when she is helping clients address their food needs. Food can be the starting point for change, for noticing where we need help. We had so many synergies and similar experiences in our own life journies and with the clients that we help.
