Taking a break

As I do every year, I am taking a few weeks of extended leave, away from seeing clients. I need it to refresh my brain, and to take time for myself to take stock and regroup.

I need it every summer. To give myself time to process all the life and work stories that I have been privileged to have heard. To take time with my own family and friends, and to work in a different way.

This summer I plan to take the time to finally finish my book, as well as to read and write for what will hopefully be an upcoming PhD.

I will be back, as I am every September, brighter and clearer for the break!

The only exception I am making this year, is that I will run a 2 day immersive retreat with my wonderful friend and colleague Carmel Minogue. Full details of this in-person retreat can be found here We are running it in Co Laois 12-14 July

Have a wonderful summer everyone and see you on the other side!
